About
Independent Finance was set up by the Better Homes group to provide real-estate financing to prospective property buyers. By 2008 it became a market leader in mortgage brokerage industry. The company underwent a management buyout in 2016 and has been operating independently since. The company acquired ATT Realty in 2017 so as to provide a complete solution to real-estate investors.
